|
DMC is a fiberglass reinforced, ready to use molding material. The molding composition is based on specially tailored low profile Polyester resin, fiberglass reinforcement, fillers & special additives. Some important characteristics which can be achieved while using DMC are:
• Excellent Electrical Properties.
• Low Molding Shrinkage.
• Heat & Flame Resistance.
• Fast cure.
• Good Flow.
• High Impact Strength.
• Better Dimensional Stability.
• Low Water Absorption.
DMC is best suited for compression molding, however it is also used by transfer molding. |
